Fora Beauty and Aesthetics (also referred to as Fora Beauty Clinic) is a results-driven skincare and medical aesthetic clinic located in Ajah, Lagos. It focuses on personalized, advanced treatments to address common skin concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation (dark spots), skin rejuvenation, and overall skin health, helping clients achieve clearer, brighter, and more confident skin.

Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse (Registered Nurses only)

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a licensed, passionate, and detail-oriented Aesthetics Nurse to join our team.
• You will perform and assist with aesthetic procedures, conduct client skin assessments and consultations, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, provide pre- and post-treatment care, and help clients achieve their skincare goals.
• This role combines clinical nursing skills with aesthetic expertise in a growing beauty clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations, skin assessments, and medical history reviews to recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including chemical peels (e.g., TCA, Cosmelan-style), microneedling (with or without peels), facials, skin brightening treatments, skin tag removal, and other non-invasive skincare services.
• Prepare clients and treatment rooms, ensuring strict infection control, sterilization of tools, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures — including monitoring for adverse reactions and managing complications if they arise.
• Deliver personalized skincare advice, product recommendations, and detailed aftercare instructions to maximize results and client satisfaction.
• Take before-and-after progress photos and maintain accurate client records (treatment plans, notes, and follow-ups).
• Educate clients on skin health, acne management, hyperpigmentation, and long-term skincare routines.
• Collaborate with the in-house esthetician, front desk/CRM team, and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experience.
• Assist with inventory management of treatment supplies, products, and equipment.
• Support client retention through follow-up calls or messages and progress reviews.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• 1–3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in aesthetics, dermatology, skincare clinic, or medspa (preferred).
• Hands-on experience or training in chemical peels, microneedling, facials, and other aesthetic procedures is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain procedures clearly and build client trust.
• Strong attention to detail, hygiene consciousness, and commitment to client safety and results.
• Presentable appearance, professional demeanor, and genuine passion for skincare and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (for client records and booking systems).
• Must reside in or around Ajah, Lekki, or nearby areas for reliable commute.

Salary

• N130,000 - N150,000 per month.
