Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and empathetic Business Psychologist & Business Development Specialist to optimize our workplace culture, talent systems, and employee performance. In this role, you will apply psychological principles and behavioral science to solve complex workplace challenges. You will design scientifically backed talent assessments, lead change management initiatives, and build development programs that unlock the full potential of our global workforce.

Responsibilities

Business Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other companies, facilities and agencies with similar interest.  

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts

Talent Assessment & Selection

  • Design selection frameworks: Build valid, unbiased psychometric assessment pipelines and behavioral interview templates for global hiring.
  • Map role competencies: Define cognitive, emotional, and technical success profiles for critical roles across the company.
  • Support succession planning: Identify high-potential employees using data-driven benchmarks to secure our future leadership pipeline.

Learning & Organizational Development

  • Create training programs: Design and facilitate workshops on leadership development, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence.
  • Lead change initiatives: Provide behavioral insights and communication frameworks to guide teams through structural transitions and mergers.
  • Strengthen team dynamics: Intervene in low-performing teams using systemic coaching tools to resolve conflict and improve collaboration.

Performance & Employee Well-Being

  • Analyze workplace sentiment: Design, launch, and interpret annual engagement surveys to identify actionable workplace trends.
  • Optimize performance management: Refine our appraisal systems to ensure evaluations are fair, motivating, and free from bias.
  • Design wellness frameworks: Implement proactive mental health initiatives and stress-reduction programs to prevent employee burnout.

Education & Experience

Qualification: Bachelors Degree,  Master’s or Ph.D. in Business Management, Business Psychology, or a highly is a strong criteria

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years working internally or as a consultant in talent management, organizational development, or corporate psychology.
  • Certifications: Certified in major psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, Predictive Index, or SHL assessments).

Skills & Competencies

  • Data Literacy: Ability to translate complex workforce analytics and survey data into clear executive recommendations.
  • Behavioral Science Expertise: Deep understanding of motivation theories, cognitive biases, and group dynamics.
  • Strong Facilitation: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present to executive leadership and host large workshops.
