Job Title: Certified Nurse

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Description

• This role is ideal for a middle-aged female professional who is passionate about child welfare, school health services, and maintaining a safe and caring environment for students and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
• Manage daily health concerns, medication administration, and chronic condition monitoring.
• Maintain student health records and document all health-related incidents.
• Participate in and provide medical support during school events, including weekend programs.
• Promote health education and hygiene practices among students.
• Liaise with parents and healthcare providers regarding student health issues.

 

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nurse with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in nursing; school or pediatric nursing experience is a plus.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred for this position.
• Middle-aged individuals (35 years and above) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, and during school-related weekend events as needed.
• Resides within or near Igbo Etche, Livingstone Estate, or surrounding areas (preferred).
