The Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) is a parastatal of the Federal Government established by CAP C19, Laws of the Federation 2004 and supervised by the Federal Ministry of Health. The Board regulates the training and practice of Community Health Practitioners in Nigeria. 

This is to inform the general public that Garkuwa School of Health Science and Technology, located at Plot 12, PZ main building, Dawaki Commercial Area, Gombe, Gombe State is NOT accredited to run Community Health programme (JCHEW and CHEW) in the institution. The general public, parents and guardians are hereby advised to discountenance any purported link with the Board. 

TAKE NOTICE that the checklist of all accredited institutions; which is being updated regularly is on the Board’s website: www.chprbn.gov.ng Parents, Guardians and the general public are therefore advised to always visit this site before sending their children / wards to study Community Health.
