Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant Gynecologist located in Lagos Mainland. The Consultant Gynecologist will provide expert gynecological and obstetric care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of reproductive health conditions.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting gynecologic and obstetric surgeries, performing medical consultations, collaborating with other specialists in multidisciplinary care, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.
  • The role also involves participating in hospital activities aimed at delivering quality care and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of women’s health conditions
  • Expertise in Surgical and Gynecologic Surgery procedures, ensuring safe and high-quality surgical outcomes
  • Strong foundation in Medicine, with a focus on evidence-based practices and patient-focused care
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to professional development and remaining current with advancements in gynecological and obstetric care.
