Applications are invited from suitably qualified academic staff for the position of professor on CONUASS 7 in the under listed faculties and Departments in the University.

FACULTY OF BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES

• Department of Nursing Science

FACULTY OF SCIENCE

• Department of Biotechnology

FACULTY OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES

• Department of Psychology

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Doctorate degree
• At least three (3) years of full-time teaching experience as an Associate Professor
• A minimum of forty-five (45) points from publications, of which, 27 points (60%) must be from journals. Of the 27 points, 12 points shall come from publications indexed in THOMSON REUTERS (CLARIVATE ANALYTICS) or SCOPUS. The remaining 18 points shall come from national (10 points-22%) and local (8 points-18 %) publications. This shall include articles in journals, chapters in books, refereed conference proceedings and books, etc.
• H-index matrix of at least 6 points
• All his/her works must be published
