We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dentist

Location: Utako, Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (with rotational off day)

 

Job Summary

The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care, manage patients across different age groups, and contribute to the clinic’s growth through excellent service delivery and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct oral examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Perform procedures including scaling & polishing, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and dentures
• Provide basic cosmetic treatments such as whitening, bonding, and smile enhancements (training available)
• Handle dental emergencies promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and clinical standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, explain treatment options, and build trust
• Support treatment acceptance through patient education and follow-up
• Work closely with nurses, assistants, and front desk staff for smooth operations
• Participate in team meetings and continuous learning activities
• Contribute to overall patient experience and clinic growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• BDS/BChD degree
• Valid MDCN practising licence
• NYSC completed or exempted
• 1-2 years post-NYSC experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
