Job Summary

Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS) is seeking a highly qualified and visionary Deputy Provost to support the provost in driving academic excellence, institutional growth, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty performance, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards and promote student success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse Educator.
  • At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education.
  • Proven track record in curriculum design, faculty management, accreditation, and policy implementation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity, professional ethics, and a passion for student-centered education.
