About Access Foundation:
Access Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility for underserved communities in rural and urban slum areas. Through our monthly medical outreach events, we provide essential healthcare services, including primary care, chronic disease management, and eye care initiatives, with a focus on empowering individuals and communities to lead healthier lives.

Position Overview:
Access Foundation is seeking compassionate and dedicated doctors and nurses to join our team for our monthly medical outreach events. As a healthcare professional with Access Foundation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, while gaining valuable experience in community healthcare outreach.

Events Details
1. Every Last Saturday of the month

2. Time: 7AM-11AM

3. Location: Oniru

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses.
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension through education, monitoring, and personalized care.
- Conduct eye screenings and provide vision care services, including prescription glasses as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and volunteers to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Participate in health education and awareness programs to promote preventive healthcare practices within communities.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (for doctors) or nursing degree (for nurses) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical or nursing license from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Previous experience in primary care, chronic disease management, or eye care is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to Access Foundation's mission and values.
