Environmental Health Council of Nigeria (EHCON) through the National Institute of Environmental Health (NIEH) is organizing a Mandatory Continuous Professional Development (MCPD)

HAZARD ANALYSIS & CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (HACCP) MODULES 1&1

Course Contents:

Module |: Prerequisites of HACCP Good manufacturing practice, Good hygiene practice, “Sanitation standard operating procedure, “Waste management program, Pest Management program, ‘Employee training, “Video 1 and 2 Module It: Preliminary of HACCP Build a HACCP plan, Describe the food and its distribution,  identity the intended use and target consumer of the product. Develop a flow chart describing the process. Verify the flowchart. Videos 3 and 4

Aim: Attendance Qualifies for 50 credit units for License Renewal

Objective: Prerequisite for Module Ill & 'V - HACCP Principles and Comprehensive Practical Training in HACCP

Duration: Four (4) weeks (every Saturday)

Mode of Lecture Delivery: E-Leaning Platform (Online Zoom lecture)
