Job Title: Fertility Nurse Trainee
Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary
- The Fertility Nurse Trainee will assist in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- This role involves learning and supporting all aspects of fertility care, from patient procedure preparations to post-treatment follow-ups, under the supervision of experienced fertility nurses and medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Document scheduled procedures on theatre list.
- Assist in carrying out and documentingpatients’ pre-op and post-op care.
- Adequately stocking examination room and theatre with clinical supplies.
- Preparing scan room & theatre for examination/procedures.
- Interfacing with pharmacy and patients in getting medication.
- Updating hard and softy copies of patient’s treatment summary
- Assist in updating patient records following treatment (e.g. scan findings, clinical observations following monocyterecovery, etc).
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Registered Nurse Certificate
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the healthcare sector
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and current licensure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong interpersonal and people management abilities
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Familiarity with the Nurse Practice Act and protocols for safety and injection control practices.
