George Houston Resources Limited (GHR) Consulting Services - Our client, Bridge Clinic, a leading fertility clinic located in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fertility Nurse

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in conducting scans and investigations.
• Carry out injection teaching sessions for clients.
• Provide effective support to doctors during theatre procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections of all procedure rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness for operations.
• Manage procedural areas and maintain high-quality standards at all times.
• Ensure quality assurance by adhering to established SOPs and standards in all processes and procedures.
• Protect the rights, confidentiality, and privacy of clients at all times.
• Continuously acquire and improve knowledge, skills, and competencies relevant to the role.
• Assist doctors in achieving the clinic’s annual revenue targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients by providing follow-ups and emotional support throughout their treatment cycle.
• Counsel clients and offer adequate support during their fertility treatment journey.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Health Sciences (e.g., Community Health Extension Workers, Community Health Officers).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and tact.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
