Job Description

We are hiring for a leading healthcare facility dedicated to providing comprehensive fertility and reproductive services. Our client offers personalized care to individuals and couples seeking assistance in building their families. As we continue to expand our team, we are currently seeking an experienced Fertility/IVF Nurse to join our client dynamic and compassionate staff.

Job Overview

• The Fertility/IVF Nurse will play a crucial role in the patient care team, providing specialized nursing care to individuals undergoing fertility treatments and assisted reproductive technologies.
• The successful candidate will work closely with our team of reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
• Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments as per the fertility treatment protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' responses to fertility treatments and provide timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment procedures, and self-administration techniques.
• Coordinate and assist in fertility-related procedures, such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment process.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fertility/IVF Nurse.
• Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing (CREI) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fertility medications, protocols, and assisted reproductive technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Salary

N150,000.00 - N200,000.00 / Month.
