We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Nurse

Location: Maitama, Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee work of nursing department.
• Oversee patients care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate regular meetings with nursing staff.
• Ensuring patients notes are typed/written concisely, accurately and up-to-date at all times.
• Provide orientation to all new nursing employees and prepare training programs for same as per requirements.
• Prepare schedule for all shifts and ensure no overlapping and oversee all nursing facility according to hospital policies and manage all resources for same.
• Evaluate all continuous quality improvement programs and documents.
• Coordinate and assist in all patient-related procedures within the clinic premises at all given times.
• Aligning units interest with organizational goals.
• Overseeing management and inventory of consumables and other clinical equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of RN, BNSc qualification
• Minimum of 10 years requisite nursing experience.
• Proven work experience as a Nurse in an Aesthetic clinic is an added advantage.
• A compassionate, caring and patient nature.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in both written and spoken information.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
