Job Summary  

A Health Advisor provides professional health guidance, support, and information to clients.

You’ll assess needs, recommend wellness solutions, and promote healthy lifestyle choices while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one health consultations via phone, chat, or in-person
  • Assess client health concerns and recommend appropriate services, products, or referrals
  • Educate clients on preventive care, nutrition, chronic disease management, and wellness programs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with data protection policies
  • Follow up with clients to monitor progress and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Stay updated on health trends, guidelines, and company offerings
  • Meet quality, compliance, and call handling targets if in a contact center role

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc / HND in Nursing, Public Health, Health Education, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with strong clinical knowledge considered
  • Licensing: RN/RM, CHW, or other relevant certification is an advantage
  • Skills: Strong communication and empathy, active listening, basic counseling skills
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
  • Attributes: Non-judgmental, patient, detail-oriented, able to handle sensitive information.
