Job Title: Health Records Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Our ideal Medical Records Clerk will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and maintaining patient medical records and reporting patient information for health standards.

Job Description

• Recording patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collating statistics.
• Using clinical coding to record illnesses and treatments on patient records
• Transferring paper-based patient records to an electronic system.
• Booking appointments for patients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous Medial office experience is preferred.
• Female (preferably).
• Accuracy.
• Communicating with people.
• Be organised.
• Planning.
• Working in a team
• Time management.
