Job Title: Health Care Assistant/Nursing Aide  

Main Responsibilities

Essentially support the nurses and other health care providers in caring and catering for the patients in the bid to deliver best individualized patient care.  

Job Description

• Nursing Assistants help Nurses in providing care to patients.

• Help patients with basic daily activities, like dressing, bathing, standing, or exercising.

• Work with Nurses and Physicians to determine a patient’s health issues and receive and follow a treatment plan to help the patients return to stable health.  

• Ability to lift and move patients

• Any other activities within line directed by the line managers

Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications

• School of Health Tech / hygiene interns or SSCE holders

• Computer literacy

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to carefully read and follow directions

• Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge

Reporting Line:

• Admin: Hub Manager

• Medical: Nurse-in-charge/Consultant/Medical Lead
