Chiron Hospital: ICU & Surgical Centre is a leading multi-specialist healthcare institution located in Oshodi, Lagos. Committed to delivering excellence in critical care and surgical services, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our dedicated team managing our Mainland and Island Branch.

Position: Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures for operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
• Manage staff, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs.
• Coordinate with external partners to enhance hospital operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
• Patient services excellent delivery.
• Financial management.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
