Job Description
1. Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.
2. Identify new business prospects and other medical-specific initiatives in order to enhance growth.
3. Achieve quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from physicians / physician practices, cooperate companies such that patient volume goals are accomplished for the quarter.
4. Execute sales and retention strategies.
5. Track activities and reports on activities
6. Successfully close business in accordance with predetermined targets.
7. Complete face-to-face sales and development meetings with physicians, practice managers and company executives, ensuring that a thorough understanding is gained regarding the physicians or company’s desires and needs.
8. Prepare and present executive reports.
9. Complete follow-up meetings with physicians, practice managers, HMOs, and/or cooperate companies as needed to close new or additional business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified and minimized or eliminated.
10. Manage, monitor and implement strategic marketing and communications planning.
11. Implement integrated marketing communications campaigns, projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or a clinical field
Minimum of 1 year hospital sales and marketing or business development experience.
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
