Job Title: Junior Clinical Services Consultant
Location: Nigeria
Description
As part of our expanding program portfolio, we are seeking to engage junior-level consultants across various clinical and public health areas. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to grow, contribute to impactful programs, and build hands-on experience in clinical service delivery and public health implementation.
We are particularly interested in individuals with foundational experience or training in areas such as HIV programs, outbreak response, maternal and child health, and health systems support. Selected consultants will contribute to program activities, technical support tasks, and proposal development under the guidance of senior team members.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and ready to learn, take initiative, work collaboratively, and contribute meaningfully within a dynamic program environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Medicine, Public Health or a related field; or a Master’s degree or equivalent in public health or related fields
- At least 2 years’ post NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support function
- Knowledge of the policies, regulations, reporting formats, and cultures of principal donors
- Extensive clinical experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients
- Demonstrated experience in non-profit sector in a program management role
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Analytical Thinking & Conceptualization
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and make reasoned judgments in a timely fashion. Committing to a course of action without undue delay or prevarication
- Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
