Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by conducting tests, preparing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable, professional, and able to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing
• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness of the work area
• Record and analyze test results accurately
• Follow safety and infection control procedures
• Assist in inventory management and restocking laboratory supplies
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Relevant certification or license is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary

N120,000 per month.
