Eastern & Western Hospital located at Jabi Abuja. We offer services such as general medicine, alternative medicine, Laboratory test, ultrasound scan, X-ray.

We are recruiting to fill the positions - Lab technician

Roles and Responsibilities:

a)    Collect blood or tissue samples from patients, observing principles of asepsis to obtain blood samples.

b)    Perform all tasks, duties and tests related to laboratory services

c)  Validate and report results of tests performed. Able to meet turnaround time to deliver the report.

d) Perform quality control, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting protocols to ensure the proper functioning of instruments, reagents, procedures, etc.

e)    Research and develop new procedures as required by the situation.

Important requirement:

a)    Aptitude for biology and chemistry.

b) Able to use Semi-automated Chemistry analyzer, fully-automated Chemistry analyzer, microbiology equipment such as incubator, microscope.

c)      Good experience in malaria microscopy test.

d)      At least 3 years working experience.

e)      Min qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND

f)       Must be registered with a current practicing license.
