• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
• To provide initial patient care, perform a comprehensive evaluation including client or patient medical history
• Document all patients evaluation which include complaint, history, examination laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow up, medications and transaction according to company policies and procedure
• Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with patients
• Liaise with other medical staff and clinical team in ensuring patient, clients get the best quality care
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients' encounters and complaints.
• Ensure patients safety and medicolegal concerns.
• Liaising with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers  as the case may be to resolve medical concerns
• Identify and assess patients and clients need to achieve satisfaction
• Coordinate the nurses, other clinical and support staff  to  prepare patients for surgery, assist in surgeries and follow up on patients post op, making sure all instructions are followed.
• Review patients with the Visiting consultant/specialist
• Participate in Ward rounds with other Medical officers.
• All prescriptions,  except clearly stated,  should be requested via the EMR
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures
• Ensure that patient care and is optimal and is in adherence to the clinical guidelines and quality standards
