MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN 

A private hospital in Ishefun, Ayobo, Lagos, being repositioned for efficiency requires the services of a Medical Laboratory Technician 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Lagos (Ayobo area)

Responsibilities

• Work with other clinical team members to deliver excellent patient care
• Support equipment maintenance, trouble shooting, and documentation
• Perform tasks, duties, and tests related to laboratory services for patient care
• Ensure timely delivery of laboratory investigation results
• Institute and carry out  preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of instruments, reagents, procedures, etc
• Ensure fast, efficient, and courteous service delivery to clients

Requirements

• Medical Laboratory Certificate/Diploma
• Current MLSCN license
• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile
• Adequate problem-solving skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and good patient management skills
• Computer literacy
