Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Doctor who will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting the hospital’s clinical objectives, and contributing to our continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients across general and specialized areas.
• Conduct daily ward rounds, review patients’ progress, and ensure proper documentation of all clinical activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure seamless patient management.
• Participate in emergency calls, night duties, and weekend rosters as scheduled.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Contribute to continuous medical education (CME) sessions and clinical audits.
• Recommend process improvements and uphold the hospital’s vision for excellence in healthcare delivery

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Must possess a valid license to practice from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of post-NYSC clinical experience in a reputable hospital.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
