Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Medical Doctor to join our growing team. You will diagnose and counsel patients on their current medical condition, set up an effective treatment plan, and educate patients on preventative health measures. A compassionate personality and an exemplary bedside manner are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to assess their symptoms; inquire into the nature of their illness or injury
• Accurately identify and diagnose medical conditions
• Thoroughly examine patients and attend to their complaint
• Answer and advise on any other questions or concerns the patient might have
• Assign appropriate treatment plan according to each patient's needs
• Educate and inform the patient of the necessary treatment plan and any follow-up appointments
• Perform clinical tests to better inform diagnosis
• Analyze and share the results of diagnostic testing with the patient
• Continually chart and maintain patient information paper and in the computer system
• Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor and track their condition and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and always work with respect and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
• A valid practising license.
• 2+ years practicing medicine
• Adept at diagnosing problems and creating treatment plans for patients
• Basic surgical skills
• Excels in communicating sensitive and/or adverse information
• Knowledge of NHIS/HMO processes
• Analytical thinker and complex problem-solver.
