Job Title: Medical Esthetician Associate

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide professional consultation with patients about skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns.
• Performing skin assessments to identify problems and the right course of action
• Provide advice and effective treatment solutions related to our services and products
• Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments
• Educate patients about course of treatments, possible downtime, and pre/post treatment care
• Review patients' progress and treatment plan
• Maintaining client reports and notes
• Educating clients on spa/clinic therapies and services
• Upsell services and take-home products
• Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retails sales
• Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field and beauty therapist
• Minimum of 2 years experience in aesthetics
• Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retail sales
• Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets
• Fully trained and certified in aesthetics/skincare/laser
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Self-driven individual with a positive mindset
• Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
• Strong ability to follow procedures as specified
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients' care
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable
• Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays during festive periods
