Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Laboratory Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting, working alongside experienced laboratory professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of patient samples.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and laboratory standards.
- Support the laboratory team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant science program (e.g., Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry).
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
