Job Summary

 

We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and maintain accurate records.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Conduct laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.

2. Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to healthcare professionals.

3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, patient information, and laboratory procedures.

4. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers.

5. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.

 

Requirements

 

1. Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.

2. Registration or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized professional organization.

3. At least 2 years of experience working as a Lab Technician in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
