Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations by assisting in the collection, preparation, and analysis of patient samples.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and preparing patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures.
• Prepare reagents, slides, and samples for analysis.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Record and organize laboratory results accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the laboratory environment.
• Follow standard laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Support laboratory scientists in routine diagnostic testing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
• Familiarity with routine laboratory tests and sample handling.
