Job Title: Medical Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) , Delta, Edo, Katsina, Lagos, Nasarawa and Rivers

What You'll Do

Drive Healthcare Innovation:

  • Promote and sell our comprehensive range of medical devices, diagnostic equipment, medical consumables,RDTs, IVDs, and medical software to healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, laboratory managers, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clinical presentations showcasing the benefits of our innovative solutions.

Territory Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base within Abuja and Lagos territories.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

  • Gather and analyse market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent our brand.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Physiology, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of proven medical sales experience, preferably in medical devices, and diagnostics.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential and a relevant academic background will be considered.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical diagnostic equipment or IVD products.
  • Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and healthcare regulations.
  • Existing relationships with healthcare providers in Abuja or Lagos.
  • Understanding of laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows.
