About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Medical Sales Representative (BCE – Brand Communication Executive) to promote and sell pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market medical/pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within designated territories.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry-related events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food science/technology or arelated field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceedingtargets.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Must be able to Drive
