Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Director for Growth

 

Job Summary

  • We’re on the lookout for a results-driven, pharmaceutical-savvy Medical Sales Representative to lead our next phase of growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new pharmaceutical business opportunities
  • Build strategic partnerships across pharmaceutical and healthcare value chains
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and white space opportunities
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (finance, product, logistics, etc.) to deliver solutions
  • Represent OmniRetail at industry events, conferences, and client forums

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and market strategy skills
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, contract management, and relationship building
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, distribution networks, and supply chain.

 

Salary

N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
