They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Locations: Kogi, Ogun, Imo, Gombe, Ondo / Ekiti, and Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
To effectively deepen its market share, they urgently desire to recruit the following MSRs for the stated locations:
- Medical Sales Rep - Kogi (To be based in Lokoja)
- Medical Sales Rep - Ogun
- Medical Sales Rep - Imo
- Medical Sales Rep - Gombe
- Medical Sales Rep - Ondo/Ekiti
- Medical Sales Rep - Cross River.
Responsibilities
- Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having an effective footprint of its product lines across all the open markets, labs, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors, and institutions in the territory.
- Source for new customers and manage the relationships of existing clients, ensuring that the customers increase on a regular basis.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in the sciences like Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
- At least two years of medical sales experience.
Skill Set:
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Business Acumen
- Attention to details
- Leadership skills
- Effective selling/detailing skills
- Communication competence
Other Conditions:
- They understand the rudiments of sales and the relationship management process.
- They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting presentations
- They must be very hardworking, target-oriented, and have a high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets in the territory.
- Ideal candidates should presently reside and must have worked in the intended locations for at least two years.
- Must be less than 35 years old
- Ability to drive vehicles is compulsory (Including possession of a valid license)
- Extensive knowledge of key clients and prospects, as well as the market dynamics of the territory, is compulsory.
