A NOTICE OF 15 DAYS ULTIMATUM

Sequel to the decision of the NEC-in-session which held on the 28th and 29th August, 2024 at Sharon Ultimate Hotels on the above subject-matter, I write as directed to inform you that the directive has been duly carried out.

An a-15-day ultimatum has been issued to the Federal Ministry of Health commencing from the above date within which it should address the issues forwarded to it as discussed by the NEC-in-session, failure which will attract a more stringent measure from the Association to drive home their demands.

The ultimatum expires on the 16th September, 2024. By this notice, all state Councils are mandated to mobilize cur members in the states for further action in the event of failure of the Ministry of Health to attend to our legitimate needs after the expiration of the ultimatum.

Kindly give this National directive the urgency and publicity it deserves.
