Job Title: Nurse

Location: Asaba, Delta

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with the safety team to implement and monitor health and safety policies.

Medical Care and Emergency Response:

  • Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
  • Manage and respond to workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Coordinate with external medical services for severe cases or emergencies.
  • Maintain an emergency response plan and conduct regular drills.

Requirements

Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent clinical skills in providing first aid and emergency care.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in health record management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
