Job Title: Nurse 

Location: Lagos

 

Job Description

• Patient Triage: Serve as the first point of contact, assessing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate specialists or services.
• Virtual Support: Provide telehealth nursing care, including medication reminders, wound care advice, and post-procedure instructions.
• Coordination & Follow-Up: Schedule virtual appointments, track patient progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Patient Education: Offer guidance on disease management, preventive care, and health maintenance.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, manage e-prescriptions, and uphold telehealth protocols.

 

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree (RN or equivalent) with current licensure.
• Experience in telehealth or remote nursing services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
