Job Summary
We are looking to hire a qualified and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, supporting medical procedures, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in line with clinical standards.
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, medication use, and child health management.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment at all times.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
- Additional certification or proven experience in paediatrics is highly preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of paediatric care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle children with patience, empathy, and care.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
