Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our Medicine Ward team. The ideal candidate will be a single qualified nurse with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medicine ward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the Medicine Ward, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Medicine Ward by participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

Requirements

  • Single Qualified Nurse with a valid Nursing license.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medicine ward environment.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Remuneration

Salary in line with industry standard.
