Job Description

• Functions within scope of practice delineated by the hospital and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadline and completing responsibility.
• Complies with hospital policies and procedures which include health and safety standards while performing work assignment with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Demonstrates ability to set goals, assign priorities, anticipate problems, establish limits and achieve quality results.
• Functions as a patient advocate-assuring patient's right to information and ensuring right of drug administration in a timely manner.
• Independently monitors stages of labour and neonatal resuscitation.
