Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location:  Abuja (FCT)  

 

Role Overview

• Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and a strong background in sensory integration therapy.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing and implementing therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of children with developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ developmental and functional needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide hands-on sensory integration therapy to support students’ physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child’s learning journey.
• Monitor and document students’ progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of sensory integration therapy.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy for children with special needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Salary

N130,000 - N150,000 monthly (depending on experience and expertise).
