Deda Hospital (Abuja) is seeking qualified Pharmacy Technicians to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmacy operations by assisting with prescription processing, medication preparation, and inventory management, while ensuring regulatory compliance, infection control, and optimal stock levels to prevent shortages, expiry, and waste.

• Monitors pharmaceutical stock levels and assesses inventory needs.
• Anticipates required medications and supplies.
• Places and expedites orders while verifying received stock.
• Removes expired or outdated drugs to ensure compliance.
• Maintains a clean and safe pharmacy environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Adheres to infection control policies and protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Assists in processing doctors' prescriptions by calculating proper dosages.
• Prepares labels, calculates quantities, and assembles intravenous solutions and pharmaceutical therapies.
• Prevents stockouts, drug expiry, and theft.
• Encourages a Just-in-Time inventory approach for efficient pharmacy management.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Pharm. Tech

YEARS OF EXP: 1-3 year experience
