Summary

• Lily Hospitals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our fast-paced clinical team.
• The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care, quick to respond, and committed to saving lives in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid emergency medical care and life support in pre-hospital and in-hospital settings.
• Assess patients’ conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
• Perform CPR, wound care, bleeding control, airway management, and patient stabilization.
• Safely transport patients when required and communicate effectively with doctors and nurses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatments, and responses.
• Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are always functional and ready for use.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and drills within the hospital.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Paramedics / Paramedical Technology.
• Valid practicing license where applicable.
• Minimum of 1–2 years practical experience in emergency or pre-hospital care (added advantage).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and highly professional.
