Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the role

We’re looking for a licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Victoria Island.

You’ll manage dispensing, patient counseling, and inventory while ensuring strict compliance with PCN regulations. Fast-paced retail/hospital setting with great exposure.

Key responsibilities

 

Dispensing & counseling: Accurately dispense prescriptions, provide drug info, dosage, and side effect counseling to patients

Compliance: Ensure all activities meet PCN, NAFDAC, and company SOPs. Maintain prescription + controlled drug records

Inventory management: Stock control, ordering, expiry tracking, cold chain management, prevent stock-outs/overstock

Patient care: Offer OTC recommendations, health advice, BP/glucose checks if applicable

Team support: Train pharmacy assistants/interns, supervise daily operations, handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: B.Pharm + NYSC completion
2. Experience: 2-4 years post-licensing experience in retail/community or hospital pharmacy preferred
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of drug interactions, inventory systems, and customer service. Attention to detail + ethics
4. Location: Must be able to commute to Victorg ia Island easily.
