We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Dakwa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Issue drugs to patients as directed by the doctor in the correct dosage, note unit price, and send them to the front desk for payment.
• Prepare medicine using the correct dosages and material for each patient.
• Clarify all concerns with patient prescriptions with the issuing physician to avoid errors.
• Follow hospital guidelines on issuing restricted and addictive drugs.
• Educate patient on proper usage of drugs issued including storage and disposal.
• Fill correct documentation for requisition and return of drugs.
• Update patient and pharmacy records and submit appropriate reports to the head of pharmacy.

Requirements

• B. Pharm
• current practicing license
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective leadership qualities
• Knowledge of the NHIA/HMO process
• Must be residing within Kubwa, dei-dei, and environs.
