Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary
- The Pharmacy Technician plays the role of delivering safe, effective, and efficient pharmacy services.
- The role involves medication dispensing support, patient interaction, inventory control, and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistin dispensing medications by accurately retrieving, measuring, counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
- Provide courteousassistanceto patients and customers, including handling inquiries and over-the-counter product guidance.
- Maintainand update patient records and process prescription claims and billing documentation.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and removing expired or damaged products.
- Prepare non-sterile or sterile compounded medications (where applicable and authorized).
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Maintaincleanliness and organization of pharmacy work areas.
- Support pharmacists in patient safety and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician Certificate or Diploma.
- Registration with the relevant Pharmacy Technician regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug classifications.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
