Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to provide exceptional care to our patients.
  • As a Physiotherapist at Lily, you will play a crucial role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our patients through evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
  • Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-management strategies.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's Degree (BMR) Physiotherapy / Medical Rehabilitation.
  • 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in the health sector.
  • Registration with the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP).
  • A practice license from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapy Board of Nigeria
  • Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassion and empathy for patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Remuneration

Salary in line with industry standard.
