Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patients’ overall quality of life.

This role requires a proactive professional who is passionate about rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term patient care, and who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Administer physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
  • Provide rehabilitation support for post-operative, neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
  • Educate patients and their families on home care exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent) with 1–3 years relevant clinical experience (hospital experience is an added advantage)
  • Valid practicing license
  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize workload effectively
  • High level of professionalism and empathy
