Job Title: Plastic Surgeon

Job Description

• Conduct informative consultation with clients seeking cosmetic benefits from liposuction and fat transfer and performing surgical procedures with precision and care.
• Provide appropriate cognitive and procedural clinic based plastic surgery.
• Develop respected and highly reputable cosmetic surgery services.
• Serve as an example of physician collaboration with nurses and others to advance patient care.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and smooth flow of patient care.
• Strong diagnostic skill to diagnose and treat related skin conditions, be knowledgeable of the latest treatment available for cosmetic dermatology.
• Develop and initiate motivation and positive morale within the clinic center staff.
• Maintain standard of quality care.
• Actively participate in marketing plans and strategy development to grow the reputation of the clinic brand and growth of patient volume.
• Actively participate in development and growth of provider referral relationship.
• Actively consult with medical staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations to deliver superior patient care.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality.

Requirements

• A Medical Degree from a reputable University.
• Computer literate
• License / certificate
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a plastic surgeon
• Must have significant experience in performing aesthetic procedure of the face, breast, and body with great result and efficiency.
• Familiarity with the latest surgical technique and technology is desirable.
• Exhibit exceptional surgical skills with a focus on precision, attention to details and patient safety.
• The ideal candidates must assist patient in reaching their cosmetic goal.
• Experience in utilization of electronic medical record to enhance patient flow and patient quality.
