A reputable Diagnostic Center based in the heart of Abuja is currently seeking the professional engagement of a worthy, academically trained, registered and Licensed to practice  young (preferable female), vibrant medical officer with a heart of empathy and clear-cut logical analysis into events. 

Job Title: Medical Doctor (Male/Female)

Location: Abuja

Employment Type: FULL-TIME

Responsibilities

• Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
• Order laboratory tests, Ultrasound scans, X-rays, E.C.Gs and Other diagnostics and interprets the test results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and referral hospitals.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Discuss, relate issues of radiology, laboratory and physiotherapy with the In-house Chief Radiographers/Medical Laboratory Scientist in line with diagnostic evaluation/investigations.
• Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• And other related duties.
